Wonderful city house, recently renovated and equipped with high standard furnitures. Fully equipped, for your comfort there is an electronic lock that will allow you to not worry about your keys with a unique code for the length of your stay. you will be right in the heart of le Suquet, just a few minutes away from La Croisette and the beaches, there is also a double balcony offering a wonderful view over the sea and the city.

Space

Welcome to our home,
Composed of 3 levels, you will find all the comforts: space, A/C, terrace, equipped kitchen, washing machine, high speed Wi-Fi...
Over the ground floor and 2 floors, you will find 3 bedroom with double bed, 3 shower room (one has a SPA/hammam cabin) and 3 WC. For your children, 4 additional beddings are available in both mezzanines.
Kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, hotplates, oven, microwave, coffee machine and kettle.
The basics consumables for the kitchen and the bathroom will be present in the apartment so that you can enjoy easily the accommodation on your arrival.
This is a no smoking apartment.

Access

Located in the heart of the old town, Le Suquet, just a few minutes from the Marché Forville, the old port and also the shopping streets. If you are coming by car, you will find public parking just a few minutes away from the house.
The house is fully equipped. Bed linens and bathroom towels are provided, and you will have access to the complete accommodation.

Neighborhood

Cannes city center is the must-see district of Cannes, with its many shops and palaces. It is also a very popular and lively area. Restaurants, bars and shops await you! Rue d'Antibes is 10 minutes away on foot... Not to mention the beach and La Croisette no more than 5mn away by walking. You will be a few minutes away from the Palais des Festivals and the Old Port of Cannes, Suquet area and Plage du Midi.
Bakery and supermarket are close to the building.

Transit


You can ask us to arrange a private car transfer from the airport to the apartment.
Cannes’ train station is 15 minutes away on foot, allowing you to discover Antibes, Nice, Grasse, Monaco, Menton or even to go in Italy easily.
You can come in the city by car and park in the streets around or in one of the public parking of the Old Town. Closest public parking is Parking Forville, a few minutes from your door.


IMPORTANT NOTES :

Our cleaning and laundry fees are very light.
Consequently the accommodation must be returned in a suitable cleanliness and condition. During their stay guests must respect the premises, the neighborhood, as well as the basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene.
All or part of the deposit may be withheld in the event of non-compliance with these basic instructions.

Not adapted for young children due to the stairs.
Smoking isn’t allowed inside.

Please remember that late arrivals after 8 p.m. are possible in two different ways:
- Either independently and free of charge with an illustrated guide.
- Or in a personalized way with one of our agents, charged 30 € extra fees to be paid on arrival.
