A large 2-bedroom with stunning views on the bay, located on the first floor in a residence with swimming pool and parking. With glass doors on the front and side, the apartment is very light, airy and cool, even with the highest temperatures, and when doors are open with the AC switched off.
The sea view is breathtaking.

Located on the first floor with elevator, you will find all the comforts : space, swimming pool, parking, AC, large balcony, equipped kitchen, dishwasher, Wi-Fi...
The small kitchen has all the necesary equipment, espresso machine, dishwasher and a brand new oven. The appartment has been recently furnished with a modern yet cosy, ecofriendly taste.
The terrace is spacious, with a dining area and space to relax.
The appartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of the two bedrooms has no aircondtioning, but a strong fan makes it cool. Both bedrooms have terraces with nice views of the surrounding rocks and flowers of Villefranche.
This is a lovely place to stay with kids or friends and discover the Riviera.
Access
Apartment is ideally located on Villefranche-sur-mer in a private residence with parking.
The place is fully equipped. Bed linens and bathroom towels are provided, and you will have access to the complete accommodation.

Neighborhood
The very quiet area offers you the opportunity to reach the beach, restaurants and shops by walking, in about ten minutes. The beach called « Les Marinières » is 750m away.
The beach and village of Villefranche are just a 5 minute walk away. The bus stop that takes you to Nice or Monaco, is in front of the door, and at the trainstation of Villefranche you can catch a direct train that takes you to Italy and Cannes in less than an hour.
The nearby town of Nice is a lovely city with a rich cultural life and superb restaurants that we can recommend to you if appreciated.
Transit
Access to accommodation from the airport is possible by train: go to Nice St Augustin train station which is 15 minutes away from the airport and stop at Villefranche-sur-mer. Apartment is 550m away from the train station. After that you can take a bus or taxi to reach the residence.
You can also ask us to arrange a private car transfer from the airport to the apartment.
Access to the building is also possible by car. You can park in the secured parking of the residence.
Our private parking place is next to the entrance of the building, so access is easy. An automatically operated iron fence, makes the place secured.
IMPORTANT NOTES :
Our cleaning and laundry fees are very light.
Consequently the accommodation must be returned in a suitable cleanliness and condition. During their stay guests must respect the premises, the neighborhood, as well as the basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene.
All or part of the deposit may be withheld in the event of non-compliance with these basic instructions.
Smoking isn’t allowed inside.
