Garibaldi Square and Place du Pin are popular and lively areas of Nice. This situation offers you the opportunity to do all your food shopping by walking, as well as a multitude of restaurants and many shops… and of course beaches and the Promenade des Anglais at 10 minutes on foot. There are several shops down the building like pharmacy, supermarket, bars... Walk along Garibaldi Square and you will arrive at the entrance of the Old Town and its famous flower market.
Transit
Access to accommodation from the airport is possible by tram: take the line n°2 in direction of Port Lympia and stop at Garibaldi/Le Château. Journey takes only 30 minutes and this stop is 200m away from the apartment.
You can also ask us to arrange a private car transfer from the airport to the apartment.
Train station « Nice Riquier » is 15 minutes away on foot, allowing you to discover Antibes, Cannes, Grasse, Monaco, Menton or even to go in Italy easily.
Access to the building is also possible by car. You can park our private and secure parking.

Neighborhood
The tram and all the amenities are at the bottom of the building, shops, restaurants, fast restorations, Nice Etoile shopping center, very typical Liberation Market, the most important of Nice at 5 minutes walking every day except Monday.
The Promenade des Anglais and the beach are about a 20-minute walk away.
Walking down the Jean Medecin Avenue you will reach Place Masséna, a magnificent square with illuminated statues in the evening, and crossing the square you will arrive directly in the Old Town, a not be missed district with a very good animation especially in the evening with its pubs, restaurants, and you can discover the morning flower market Cours SALEYA, except Monday.

This apartment consists in an apartment with two bedrooms, the first one with double bed and the second one with two single beds, a bathroom with shower and WC, kitchen and a living room with TV.
Adjoining to the 2 bedroom is a small studio with kitchenette and bathroom which can be used as a third bedroom or become independent from the main apartment.
There is a mobile air conditioning unit in the living room and another in the studio, allowing the apartment to be cooled in summer. However, you must leave the doors open.
Kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, hotplates, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle.
This is a no smoking apartment.
Access
Apartment is ideally located in the Old Town, 100 meters away from the tram stop called “Opéra-Vieille-Ville”.

The location. Lots of bars and restaurants literally outside the door. Easy to get into town or to the port and tram back to airport. Well equipped to a high standard and very comfortable beds. Good Aircon/,heater. Fast WiFi.

It’s an apartment in a Nice neighbourhood so you have neighbours. Some of them can be noisy. Whilst we stayed there was building work next door which was noisy and dusty. TV was impossible to figure out. I would recommend to bring a phone to HDMI donsee more

TV was impossible to figure out. I would recommend to bring a phone to HDMI dongle so you can run apps from your phone. Also only one set of keys which wasn’t convenient for a group where people are doing their own thing. Easy to lock yourself out. (Totally accept this was our own fault!!!) and fortunately could get a temporary spare set from the hosts. Also if we knew which bell outside linked to the apartment you could order on Uber eats. (Didn’t fancy upsetting the locals by playing Russian Roulette on the keypad!)
