This apartment consists in three bedrooms with a comfortable double bed and closet, two bathrooms with WC, one has a shower and the other one has a bathtub, open kitchen with washing machine, living room with diner table and TV and a furnished terrace with great view.
Kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, hotplates, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and kettle.
The basics consumables for the kitchen and the bathroom will be present in the apartment so that you can enjoy easily the accommodation on your arrival.
This is a no smoking apartment.
Access
Apartment is ideally located in a residential area close to Garibaldi Square, 10 minutes away from Garibaldi Square’s tram.
The apartment is fully equipped. Bed linens and bathroom towels are provided, and you will have access to the complete accommodation.

Neighborhood
Garibaldi Square is a popular and lively area of Nice. This situation offers you the opportunity to do all your food shopping by walking, as well as a multitude of restaurants and many shops… and of course beaches and the Promenade des Anglais at 10 minutes on foot.
The apartment is located in a quiet residential area on the heights of Boulevard Carabacel.
Bakery and supermarket are close to the building.
Walk along Garibaldi Square and you will arrive at the entrance of the Old Town and its famous flower market.
Transit
Access to accommodation from the airport is possible by tram: take the line n°2 in direction of Port Lympia and stop at Garibaldi Le Château. Journey takes only 30 minutes and this stop is 900m away from the apartment.
You can also ask us to arrange a private car transfer from the airport to the apartment.
Bus 100 to Menton via Monaco is 1km away on the Harbor.
Train station « Nice-Ville » is 20 minutes away on foot, allowing you to discover Antibes, Cannes, Grasse, Monaco, Menton or even to go in Italy easily.
Access to the building is also possible by car. You can park in front of the apartment’s door.

Our cleaning and laundry fees are very light.
Consequently the accommodation must be returned in a suitable cleanliness and condition. During their stay guests must respect the premises, the neighborhood, as well as the basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene.
All or part of the deposit may be withheld in the event of non-compliance with these basic instructions.
Smoking isn’t allowed inside.
Please remember that late arrivals after 8 p.m. are possible in two different ways:
- Either independently and free of charge with an illustrated guide.
- Or in a personalized way with one of our agents, charged 30 € extra fees to be paid on arrival.
