Located on the first floor with elevator, you will find all the comforts: space, air-conditioned, proximity to touristic places, secure parking, large terrace and garden, equipped kitchen, washing machine, Wi-Fi...
This apartment consists on two bedrooms with a comfortable double bed, bathroom with Italian shower, WC and a second spare WC, separate kitchen with access to the garden, living room with terrace and sea view, TV and dining table.
A parking space is also available for your car in the building basement. Please be aware that the spot isn’t easily accessible if you have a big car. However, you can still park in the guests parking of the residence (common parking spaces outside).
Kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, freezer, hotplates, hoven, micro-waves, coffee machine, kettle and washing machine.
The basics consumables for the kitchen and the bathroom will be present in the apartment so that you can enjoy easily the accommodation on your arrival.
This is a no smoking apartment.
Access
Apartment is ideally located on the Harbor, Mount Boron, about than 15 minutes walking from Port Lympia’s tram.
The apartment is fully equipped. Bed linens and bathroom towels are provided, and you will have access to the complete accommodation.

Neighborhood
In the Port area you will find a very relaxed atmosphere with its numerous restaurants, bars and supermarkets, all on walking distance.
You can enjoy a sundowner and watch yachts returning from a day trip or walk to the hip Rue Bonaparte to socialize.
The Promenade des Anglais with its beautiful long beach is within only 20 minutes walking distance and the Old Town within 15 minutes. You will find everything you need in the neighborhood for a happy stay in Nice!
Transit
Access to accommodation from the airport is possible by tram: take the line n°2 in direction of Port Lympia and go to the last stop. Journey takes only 30 minutes, and this stop is about 15 minutes walking from the apartment.
You can also ask us to arrange a private car transfer from the airport to the apartment.
Bus 100 to Menton via Monaco is available at the Harbor.
Train station « Nice Riquier » is about 20-25 minutes away by walking, allowing you to discover Antibes, Cannes, Grasse, Monaco, Menton or even to go in Italy easily.
Access to the building is also possible by car. You can park in our secure and private parking in the basement. Please be aware that the spot isn’t easily accessible if you have a big car. However, you can still park in the guests parking of the residence (common parking spaces outside).
IMPORTANT NOTES :
Our cleaning and laundry fees are very light.
Consequently the accommodation must be returned in a suitable cleanliness and condition. During their stay guests must respect the premises, the neighborhood, as well as the basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene.
All or part of the deposit may be withheld in the event of non-compliance with these basic instructions.
Smoking isn’t allowed inside.
Please remember that late arrivals after 8 p.m. are possible in two different ways:
- Either independently and free of charge with an illustrated guide.
- Or in a personalized way with one of our agents, charged 30 € extra fees to be paid on arrival.
