This apartment consists in two comfortable bedroom, two bathrooms with shower, open kitchen on the living room with TV and sea view.
Kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, hotplates, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle.
Access
The apartment is fully equipped. Bed linens and bathroom towels are provided, and you will have access to the complete accommodation.
The apartment is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Neighborhood
The apartment is close to the beach and the Promenade des Anglais, Nice International Airport and the Tramway line (Sainte-Hélène stop) to reach the city center in a few minutes.
Walk accross the street and you will arrive on the beach. You will also find many shops in the immediate neighborhood. (bakery, supermarket, banks, restaurants etc)
Take the tram for 20 minutes and you will arrive in the Old Town, the historic and lively area of Nice.
Transit
Access to accommodation from the airport is possible by tram: take the line n°2 in direction of Port Lympia and stop at Sainte-Hélène. Journey takes only 20 minutes and this stop is 200m away from the apartment.
You can also ask us to arrange a private car transfer from the airport to the apartment.
Train station « Nice Saint Augustin » is 2km away, allowing you to discover Antibes, Cannes, Grasse, Monaco, Menton or even to go in Italy easily.
You can come in Nice by car and park in the streets around or in one of the public parking of the city. Closest one is Parking Les Bosquets, only 450m away from the apartment.

For security reasons, before arrival an online check-in should be completed via our Yaago application in which the person in charge of the booking should provide identity document.
The accommodation should be returned in a suitable state of use, respecting the premises, the neighborhood, as well as basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene.

Smoking isn’t allowed inside.
Non-compliance with these instructions may result in a deduction from the deposit or cancellation of the stay.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super. Nah am Flughafen aber auch in der Nähe zu der Innenstadt. Die Haltestelle direkt vor der Unterkunft. Tolle Aussicht auf das Meer und die Promenade. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und war mit allen wichtigen Dingen ausgestattet. Wir hatten ein kleines Problem mit dem Aufzug, aber es war sofort jemand erreichbar und uns konnte schnell geholfen werden, obwohl es ein Feiertag war.

L'emplacement de l'appartement quelque peu éloigné du centre ville a aussi des avantages - nous avons pu trouver une place de parking à chaque fois et cela pendant une semaine. Le bus et le tram sont extrêmement pratiques et vous emmènent dans le centre en un rien de temps. Les échanges avec l'agence de conciergerie ont été fluides et cordiaux. Je l'ai d'ailleurs recommandé à des amis pour un éventuel séjour à Nice !
