The basics consumables for the kitchen and the bathroom will be present in the apartment so that you can enjoy easily the accommodation on your arrival.
This is a no smoking apartment.

## Apartment is located in a quiet residential area on the heights of Cimiez. From the residence, you will find private access to the Jardin du Monastere de Cimiez. The Jardin des Arènes de Cimiez is also less than 10 minutes away on foot.
Buses will bring you quickly to the city center. Garibaldi Square is a 15-minute bus ride away. Restaurants, bars and shops await you, all a stone’s throw from the Old Town and the Port area... not to mention the beach and Promenade des Anglais.
## Transit
## Access to accommodation from the airport is possible by public transportation: take the tram line n°2 in direction of Port Lympia and stop at Garibaldi/Le Château. Then take bus n°33 towards Cimiez Hopital and get off at the Edouard VII stop. Journey takes around 1 hour, and this stop is 400m away from the apartment.
You can also ask us to arrange a private car transfer from the airport to the apartment.
Train station « Nice Riquier » is 3km away, allowing you to discover Antibes, Cannes, Grasse, Monaco, Menton or even to go in Italy easily.
You can come in Nice by car and park in the private garage in the residence. If you have another vehicle you can park in the streets around for free.

Consequently the accommodation must be returned in a suitable cleanliness and condition. During their stay guests must respect the premises, the neighborhood, as well as the basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene.
