This apartment consists in a bedroom with a comfortable double bed, bathroom with shower, spare WC, living room with sofa and TV.
Kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, hotplates, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and kettle.
Access
The apartment is fully equipped. Bed linens and bathroom towels are provided, and you will have access to the complete accommodation.

This situation offers you the opportunity to do all your food shopping by walking, as well as a multitude of restaurants and many shops… and of course beaches and the Promenade des Anglais at 15 minutes on foot. Walk along Garibaldi Square and you will arrive at the entrance of the Old Town and its famous flower market.
Transit
Access to accommodation from the airport is possible by tram: take the line n°2 in direction of Port Lympia and stop at Garibaldi Le Château. Journey takes only 30 minutes and this stop is 450m away from the apartment.
You can also ask us to arrange a private car transfer from the airport to the apartment.
Train station « Nice Riquier » is 10 minutes away on foot, allowing you to discover Antibes, Cannes, Grasse, Monaco, Menton or even to go in Italy easily.
Access to the building is also possible by car. You can park on the included community parking.

Like trash plastic bags, salt, pepper, dishwasher tablet and washing machine tablets. I mean it didn't cost more than 10€ all together, but it was annoying that i had to run to shop for the salt on the very first day. Also trashbags were left, but only 2 pieces for 10 days stay? I bought the whole role of 20 pieces for less than euro. So I think it is really small expence, but would improve the comfort of stay a lot. Just a thought :) Will come to stay in this place anyways...we loved it. Ahh... and the filter bag for vacuume cleaner should be changed. It smelt very bad when we did vacuuming during our stay.

- Shower with mold on the tiles
- Mosquito screens or similar would be helpful, we had a lot of annoying mosquitoes.

It was very loud due to construction work next to the apartment, some furniture are quite old, the light in the stairwell switches on and off, what was very annoying during the night since you can see it in the apartment before our arrival we had somsee more

1. Au vue de mon expérience personnelle de late check in, je trouve que la boîte à clé devrait être placée à côté de l’immeuble. C’est pas évident d’aller chercher les clés à l’agence avec les bagages et la fatigue du voyage etc.
