    Welcome to our Apartment in the Harbor area,
    Located on the second floor with elevator, you will find all the comforts: space, proximity to touristic places, terrace, equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi...
    This apartment consists in two bedrooms with comfortable double beds and closet, bathroom with shower, separate WC, kitchen open on the living room with TV and access to the terrace.
    Kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, hotplates, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle.
    The basics consumables for the kitchen and the bathroom will be present in the apartment so that you can enjoy easily the accommodation on your arrival.
    This is a no smoking apartment.

    Access

    Apartment is ideally located on the Harbor area, less than 5 minutes away from Port Lympia’s tram.
    The apartment is fully equipped. Bed linens and bathroom towels are provided, and you will have access to the complete accommodation.

    Apartment is ideally located in the Harbor area, which is one of the most popular districts of Nice. This lively area offers you the opportunity to do all your food shopping by walking, as well as a multitude of restaurants and many shops… and of course beaches and the Promenade des Anglais at 15 minutes on foot. Walk along the Port and you will arrive at the entrance of the Old Town and its famous flower market.

    Transit

    Access to accommodation from the airport is possible by tram: take the line n°2 in direction of Port Lympia and go to the last stop. Journey takes only 30 minutes and Port Lympia’s stop is 400m away from the apartment.
    You can also ask us to arrange a private car transfer from the airport to the apartment.
    Bus 100 to Menton via Monaco is 400m away on the Harbor.
    Train station « Nice Riquier » is 10 minutes away on foot, allowing you to discover Antibes, Cannes, Grasse, Monaco, Menton or even to go in Italy easily.
    Access to the building is also possible by car. You can park in the streets around or in a public parking. Closest one is Parking Port Lympia.


    IMPORTANT - RULES OF PROCEDURE :

    For security reasons, before arrival an online check-in should be completed via our Yaago application in which the person in charge of the booking should provide identity document.

    The accommodation should be returned in a suitable state of use, respecting the premises, the neighborhood, as well as basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene.

    Parties and noisy evening gatherings are not allowed.
    Smoking isn’t allowed inside.

    Non-compliance with these instructions may result in a deduction from the deposit or cancellation of the stay.

Household items like laundry liquid, washing up liquid, soap etc. and basic kitchen supplies like oil, salt, pepper, tea, sugar are really difficult to buy in small quantities and then a lot of things have to get thrown out which is such waste on multiple levels. The dining table and chairs are extremely unstable and uncomfortable. There is not enough seating for 3-4 people in the living room. For the price paid, these really should be upgraded.

    Spisebordet i stuen er i en elendig forfatning nu på andet år. Det trænger virkeligt til en udskiftning!Kontoret for afhentning af nøgler ligger 15 min gang fra lejligheden. En nøgleboks ved lejligheden kan anbefales, at udlejer opsætter.
