Located on the second floor without elevator, you will find all the comforts: space, proximity to touristic places, terrace, equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi...
This apartment consists in one bedroom with comfortable double bed and closet, one bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower and WC, kitchen open on the living room and access to the beautiful terrace.
Kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, hotplates, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle.
The basics consumables for the kitchen and the bathroom will be present in the apartment so that you can enjoy easily the accommodation on your arrival.
This is a no smoking apartment.
Access
Apartment is ideally located on the Harbor area, less than 5 minutes away from Port Lympia’s tram.
The apartment is fully equipped. Bed linens and bathroom towels are provided, and you will have access to the complete accommodation.

Keys will be given to you in our office, Bnb Groom Services. We can also organize a check in on site depending on your arrival time and our availability. Don't hesitate to share you arrival information as soon as you have it.

Neighborhood
Apartment is ideally located in the Harbor area, which is one of the most popular districts of Nice. This lively area offers you the opportunity to do all your food shopping by walking, as well as a multitude of restaurants and many shops… and of course beaches and the Promenade des Anglais at 15 minutes on foot. Walk along the Port and you will arrive at the entrance of the Old Town and its famous flower market.
Transit
Access to accommodation from the airport is possible by tram: take the line n°2 in direction of Port Lympia and go to the last stop. Journey takes only 30 minutes and Port Lympia’s stop is 400m away from the apartment.
You can also ask us to arrange a private car transfer from the airport to the apartment.
Bus 100 to Menton via Monaco is 400m away on the Harbor.
Train station « Nice Riquier » is 10 minutes away on foot, allowing you to discover Antibes, Cannes, Grasse, Monaco, Menton or even to go in Italy easily.
Access to the building is also possible by car. You can park in the streets around or in a public parking. Closest one is Parking Port Lympia.
IMPORTANT NOTES :
Our cleaning and laundry fees are very light.
Consequently the accommodation must be returned in a suitable cleanliness and condition. During their stay guests must respect the premises, the neighborhood, as well as the basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene.
All or part of the deposit may be withheld in the event of non-compliance with these basic instructions.
Smoking isn’t allowed inside.
Please remember that late arrivals after 8 p.m. are possible in two different ways:
- Either independently and free of charge with an illustrated guide.
- Or in a personalized way with one of our agents, charged 30 € extra fees to be paid on arrival.
