Located on the third floor with elevator, you will find all the comforts: space, secure parking, A/C, equipped kitchen, washing machine, balcony, Wi-Fi...
You will also enjoy a private and secure car park in the building’s basement. However, be careful on the access with a very large car, it is still of course possible but it requires fine maneuvering.
This apartment consists in a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and closet, bathroom with shower and WC, open kitchen on the living room with a sofa bed and TV and access to the terrace.
Kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, hotplates, microwave, coffee machine and kettle.
This is a no smoking apartment.

Apartment is ideally located next to the tram stop called “Alsace-Lorraine” and the train station Nice-Ville.
The apartment is fully equipped. Bed linens and bathroom towels are provided, and you will have access to the complete accommodation.

Transit
The apartment is close to the beach and the Promenade des Anglais, Nice International Airport and the Tramway line (Alsace-Lorraine stop) to reach the city center in a few minutes.
Walk accross the street and you will arrive on the beach. You will also find many shops in the immediate neighborhood. (bakery, supermarket, banks, restaurants etc)
Walk along the Promenade des Anglais for 20 minutes and you will arrive in the Old Town, the historic and lively area of Nice.
IMPORTANT NOTES :
Our cleaning and laundry fees are very light.
Consequently the accommodation must be returned in a suitable cleanliness and condition. During their stay guests must respect the premises, the neighborhood, as well as the basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene.
All or part of the deposit may be withheld in the event of non-compliance with these basic instructions.
Smoking isn’t allowed inside.

Walk along the streets of the Old Town and you will find Rosseti Square with its famous ice cream and the “Cours Saleya” and its famous flower market. Transit Access to accommodation from the airport is possible by tram: take the line n°2 in direction of Port Lympia and stop at Garibaldi Le Château. Journey takes only 30 minutes and this stop is 700m away from the apartment. You can also ask us to arrange a private car transfer from the airport to the apartment.
