Space

Welcome to our apartment into an exceptional location,
Located on the third floor with elevator, you will find all the comforts: proximity to touristic places, space, private parking, balcony, A/C, equipped kitchen, washing machine, Wi-Fi...
This apartment consists in a bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a bathroom with bathtub, kitchen, living room with TV and access to the terrace.
Kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, hotplates, oven, microwave, coffee machine and kettle.
Check-in is provided physically with our staff who will still reachable during your entire stay and cleaning is included, once a week, as well as linens. Additional cleaning services will be available, as an extra and on request.
The basics consumables for the kitchen and the bathroom will be present in the apartment so that you can enjoy easily the accommodation on your arrival.
This is a no smoking apartment.

Access

Apartment is ideally located on the Croisette.
The apartment is fully equipped. Bed linens and bathroom towels are provided, and you will have access to the complete accommodation.

We will be there to advise you before and during your stay, available by phone or by email to answer any questions and make sure you spend a great stay at your home away from home.

Neighborhood

Apartment is right next to the Palais des Festivals and the sea on the Croisette: there is no better location!
Boulevard de la Croisette is the must-see district of Cannes, with its many shops and palaces. It is also a very popular and lively area. Restaurants, bars and luxury shops await you!
Bakery and supermarket are close to the building.

Transit

Access to accommodation from the airport is possible by bus: take the line n°210 in direction of Cannes and stop at Cannes’ train station. Journey takes about an hour and this stop is 400m away from the apartment.
You can also ask us to arrange a private car transfer from the airport to the apartment.
Cannes’ train station is 5 minutes away on foot, allowing you to discover Antibes, Nice, Grasse, Monaco, Menton or even to go in Italy easily.
You can come in the city by car and park in the private and covered parking of the building.


IMPORTANT NOTES :

Nos frais de ménage et de blanchisserie sont très légers.
En conséquence le logement devra être restitué dans un état d’utilisation et de propreté convenable. Les voyageurs devront pendant leur séjour respecter les lieux, le voisinage, ainsi que les règles basiques de propreté et d’hygiène.
Tout ou partie de la caution pourra être retenue en cas de non respect de ces consignes élémentaires.
