A large 2-bedroom apartment just in front of the Palais des Festivals with a view on the famous Stairs, perfect for congress or for holidays on the great Croisette.

Space

Welcome to our apartment into an exceptional location,
Located on the second floor with elevator, you will find all the comforts: proximity to touristic places, space, two private parking spaces, A/C, equipped kitchen, washing machine, Wi-Fi...
This apartment consists in two bedrooms with a comfortable double bed, a bathroom with bathtub and a bathroom with shower, kitchen, living room with TV and dining table.
Kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, hotplates, oven, microwave, coffee machine and kettle.
Check-in is provided physically with our staff who will still reachable during your entire stay and cleaning is included, once a week, as well as linens. Additional cleaning services will be available, as an extra and on request.
The basics consumables for the kitchen and the bathroom will be present in the apartment so that you can enjoy easily the accommodation on your arrival.
This is a no smoking apartment.

Access

Apartment is ideally located on the Croisette.
The apartment is fully equipped. Bed linens and bathroom towels are provided, and you will have access to the complete accommodation.

We will be there to advise you before and during your stay, available by phone or by email to answer any questions and make sure you spend a great stay at your home away from home.

Neighborhood

Apartment is right in front of the Palais des Festivals and the sea on the Croisette: there is no better location!
Boulevard de la Croisette is the must-see district of Cannes, with its many shops and palaces. It is also a very popular and lively area. Restaurants, bars and luxury shops await you!
Bakery and supermarket are close to the building.

Transit

Access to accommodation from the airport is possible by bus: take the line n°210 in direction of Cannes and stop at Cannes’ train station. Journey takes about an hour and this stop is 400m away from the apartment.
You can also ask us to arrange a private car transfer from the airport to the apartment.
Cannes’ train station is 5 minutes away on foot, allowing you to discover Antibes, Nice, Grasse, Monaco, Menton or even to go in Italy easily.
You can come in the city by car and park in the private and covered parking of the building: two private car parks are provided for your stay.


IMPORTANT NOTES :

Our cleaning and laundry fees are very light.
Consequently the accommodation must be returned in a suitable cleanliness and condition. During their stay guests must respect the premises, the neighborhood, as well as the basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene.
All or part of the deposit may be withheld in the event of non-compliance with these basic instructions.

Smoking isn’t allowed inside.

Please remember that late arrivals after 8 p.m. are possible in two different ways:
- Either independently and free of charge with an illustrated guide.
- Or in a personalized way with one of our agents, charged 30 € extra fees to be paid on arrival.
