Spacious apartment with a large living room very enjoyable, 3 bedrooms and a convertible sofa allowing up to 8 guests. You will be right in the heart of Cannes.
Kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, hotplates, oven, microwave, coffee machine and kettle.
The basics consumables for the kitchen and the bathroom will be present in the apartment so that you can enjoy easily the accommodation on your arrival.
This is a non smoking apartment.

Access

Apartment is ideally located close to the Old Town of Cannes, the pedestrian street rue Felix Faure is right by the door, as well as Rue d'Antibes.
The apartment is fully equipped. Bed linen and bathroom towels are provided, and you will have access to the complete accommodation.

Neighborhood

Cannes city center is the must-see district of Cannes, with its many shops and palaces. It is also a very popular and lively area. Restaurants, bars and shops await you! Rue d'Antibes is just at your door... Not to mention the beach and La Croisette are no more than 5mn away by walking (under 200m). You will be a few meters away from the Palais des Festivals and the Old Port of Cannes, Suquet area and Plage du Midi are just around the corner.
Bakery and supermarket are close to the building.

Transit

Access to accommodation from the airport is possible by bus: take the line n°210 in direction of Cannes and stop at Cannes’ cityhall. Journey takes about 30mn and this stop is 200m away from the apartment.
You can also ask us to arrange a private car transfer from the airport to the apartment.
Cannes’ train station is less than 10 minutes away on foot, allowing you to discover Antibes, Nice, Grasse, Monaco, Menton or even to go in Italy easily.
You can come in the city by car and park in the streets around or in one of the public parking of the Old Town.


IMPORTANT NOTES :

Our cleaning and laundry fees are very light.
Consequently the accommodation must be returned in a suitable cleanliness and condition. During their stay guests must respect the premises, the neighborhood, as well as the basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene.
All or part of the deposit may be withheld in the event of non-compliance with these basic instructions.

Smoking isn’t allowed inside.

Please remember that late arrivals after 8 p.m. are possible in two different ways:
- Either independently and free of charge with an illustrated guide upon availability.
- Or in a personalized way with one of our agents, charged 30 € extra fees to be paid on arrival.
