Located in a large quiet condominium with green areas and swimming pool near the city centre, this large One bedroom apartment with panoramic views awaits you for your stay in Antibes.

Welcome to this atypical apartment in an exceptional location,
Located on the ninth floor with elevator, you will find all the comforts: 64 m2 living space, a large equipped kitchen, bathroom open to the bedroom, washing machine and dryer, fiber Wi-Fi, large terrace, park, swimming pool, private garage, visitor parking in the condominium and a supermarket at the feet of the building.
The accommodation is composed of a large open space grouping living room, kitchen and dining room.
There is no TV in the apartment but the living room is equipped with a video projector that can only be used in the evening because of the high brightness during the day.
The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, freezer, gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and kettle.
The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable king size bed and the bathroom with walk-in shower is open to the bedroom.
All rooms overlook the south-west facing balcony, with table and chairs.
For young parents you can find a baby cot with mattress and a high chair.
The apartment is not air-conditioned and during summer it can be hot in the afternoon with bright sunshine.
However, thanks to being in high floor and often breezy it is very easy to ventilate and return to normal temperatures in the evening. To improve comfort 2 large floor fans are present in the apartment.

Apartment is ideally located close to the city center.
The apartment is fully equipped. Bed linens and bathroom towels are provided, and you will have access to the complete accommodation.

Neighborhood
At the city center and Old Town gates, you will have quick access to the train station and the bus station, in about ten minutes walking, while enjoying an extremely quiet, residential and green area.
A supermarket is at the feet of the building.
Transit
Access to accommodation from the airport is possible by bus: take the line n°200 in direction of Cannes and stop at Antibes – Pôle d’Échanges. Journey takes about 45 minutes and this stop is 700m away from the apartment.
You can also ask us to arrange a private car transfer from the airport to the apartment.
Antibes’ train station is 10-15 minutes away by walking, allowing you to discover Cannes, Nice, Grasse, Monaco, Menton or even to go in Italy easily.
You can come in the city by car and park in the private garage located in the residence.

The accommodation will be clean on your arrival and must be returned in a suitable condition.
We do not ask our guests to clean before departure, simply to respect the premises, the neighborhood, as well as the basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene. Part of the deposit may be withheld in the event of non-compliance with these basic instructions.
Smoking isn’t allowed inside.
PLEASE NOTE: the community is extremely quiet, and the co-owners are very attached to this tranquility.
Any overflow disturbing the tranquility of the premises will result in a deduction from the deposit.
